IDENTIFICATION
Tequendama Wines is a commercial brand of premium wines produced at Finca Vidal, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentine Republic.
ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order through any means, whether directly or via the website, constitutes full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCTS
The wines offered are natural agricultural products produced in limited batches. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Wine is a living product whose characteristics and evolution may vary depending on storage, transportation, and environmental conditions. No guarantee is made regarding specific aging performance or future quality development.
PRICES
Prices are expressed in Argentine pesos and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations. Prices may be modified without prior notice and shall be binding only once payment has been confirmed.
PAYMENT TERMS
The sale shall be deemed completed only once payment has been duly received and credited through the payment methods available on the website or through any method expressly agreed upon with the purchaser. Tequendama Wines reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment irregularities.
SHIPPING
Shipments will be made through independent third-party logistics operators. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Tequendama Wines shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring after such transfer of risk.
LEGAL DRINKING AGE
The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they meet the legal drinking age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY REGARDING ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Wine is an alcoholic beverage that may produce physical and psychological effects. The purchaser and final consumer assume full responsibility for its storage, handling, and consumption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tequendama Wines disclaims any and all liability for intoxication, health effects, allergic reactions, medical interactions, accidents, injuries, property damage, damages to third parties, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the consumption or misuse of its products. The consumer is solely responsible for responsible consumption and compliance with applicable laws.
RETURNS
Claims for damaged products will only be accepted if submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise and must include adequate supporting evidence. Returns based on personal taste preferences, natural product evolution, or improper storage will not be accepted.
OPENVINO AND DIGITAL ASSETS
Certain products may be associated with blockchain-based digital assets or tokens. The acquisition of any token does not grant ownership rights in the company, equity participation, voting rights, financial guarantees, or investment returns. Tequendama Wines makes no representation or warranty regarding the value, liquidity, or regulatory treatment of any digital asset. Purchasers assume all risks associated with digital asset transactions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, trade names, designs, labels, texts, and related materials are the exclusive property of Tequendama Wines or their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the City of Mendoza, Province of Mendoza, Argentine Republic, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide for a more favorable jurisdiction for the consumer.
MODIFICATIONS
Tequendama Wines reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force shall be the one published on the official website at the time of purchase.
